Ice cream from the pulp of fruit


500 ml of cold milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of milk cream without the serum
1 dessert spoon spoon of neutral
2 tablespoons of dessert spoon of emulsifier
1 tablespoon of butter without salt
1/2 cup of dried fruit of CAMTA


1. Take the blender milk, sugar, sweetened condensed milk, the milk cream, the neutral, the cupuaçu, margarine and 1 dessert spoon of emulsifier

2. Blend for 3 minutes

3. Then take it to the freezer and when you are almost firm, transfer to the mixer

4. Add another tablespoon of emulsifier

5. Blend for about 10 minutes, put in a pot and bring back to the freezer until firm

6. Observe for a few minutes and give preference to use a pot of aluminum to bring the mixture to a freezer for the first time, because you will be steadfast faster
